Northern Circuit Safaris start in Arusha, usually by car, though it is popular to fly either to the Serengeti National Park, or the way back. The international airport serving the Northern Circuit (and Kilimanjaro) is Kilimanjaro International Airport – KIA for short. KIA is about half way between Arusha Town and Moshi Town.
